This office ergonomics application has been created using Articulate Storyline 360 and my knowledge of instructional design. It has been updated for working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The application has been designed to give you some information on why you are trying to ensure your workstation is properly set up as well as providing instructions through video and graphics. It is able to be completed in less than 20 minutes.
All videos have been produced and edited by Randall Tresidder. All graphics were produced for Randall Tresidder by Jeff Frizzell.
Please feel free to use this application free of charge. If you wish for feedback on your setup, please take a picture as described in the resource in the application and show it to your healthcare practitioner (e.g. physiotherapist).
Please note that all instructions are based on current literature and generic in nature. If you have a specific medical condition, you should discuss this application with your healthcare provider before using it in case they have different advice.

If you wish for me to provide feedback, there is a charge of $50 CAD per individual setup and it should be noted that the feedback is specific to the pictures you provide and not to any medical conditions. If you wish to have an assessment based on a specific medical condition, you should consult with your healthcare practioner.
If you are an employer and wish to have the workstation pictures reviewed as well as an ergonomic report with recommendations, there is a charge of $160 CAD per setup.
